Your responsibilities
As a Senior Business Consultant at Novicell, your role will encompass several key responsibilities. You will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our business consultancy toolbox to ensure that we are well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This will involve analyzing and understanding the unique needs and challenges of each client, and continually improving our methodologies to deliver the best possible outcomes.
We are looking for you who possess the proficiency to market and, in collaboration with our specialists, provide guidance on setting up digital solutions across multiple disciplines such as Commerce, Martech, digital channels, customer experience, and platform selection. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting clients in developing digital roadmaps and providing strategic advice on both business and digital strategy. Your expertise and insights will be invaluable in helping our clients to achieve their strategic goals and drive growth.
In addition, your tasks will include:
- Conducting pre-analysis.
- Portfolio management.
- Advise on digital strategy.
- Define digital roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops.
- Act as strategic and digital sparring partner for our clients and help clients navigate digital opportunities.
- Conduct business cases to make sure we initiate the right digital initiatives.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with a “can-do” and solutions-driven mindset, who has prior experience in consulting. In addition, we require someone with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, as it is pivotal that you can collaborate with specialists, C-level stakeholders, and business users to discuss requirements and to rapidly understand the client's situation and develop the best solution.
It would be preferable if you:
- Have experience as a management consultant, external consultant, and/or in e-commerce or digital marketing within a larger organization for at least 3-5 years.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops for C-Level stakeholders.
- Have a sense of thoroughness and quality, and the ability to bring these competencies into play in all projects.
- Are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
- Have experience in contributing to sales pitches, spotting new leads, and proactively contributing to upselling.
- Have strong organizational and analytical skills.
- A hunger for continuously developing yourself and delivering in collaboration with a team of skilled and dedicated colleagues.
- Are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with expertise at a 'super user' level being a definite advantage.
