We are looking for a Senior designer with strong collaboration skills

Novicell is an international strategy, creativity and tech-house, driven by customer experience thinking. As our new Senior creative, you will be central to Novicell’s creative offering at our Copenhagen office. Working closely with UI & UX designers, Strategists and Developers, you’ll be creating branded experiences in all media and channels, with focus on UI & transactional websites

Your profile

We are seeking a friendly and ambitious candidate with a “can-do” mindset, who has prior experience in the role as creative profile. You should be good at problem-solving and communication, as you’ll be working in multi-discipline team that delivers many different products. Collaborating closely with clients, you must also comfortable with presenting in both Danish and English.

Key task:

• Creating visions and design directions
• Designing best-in-class UI design systems
• Brand design in all media
• Driving creative projects from A to Z.
• Concept development
• Content creation
• Be pivotal in the AI transformation in Novicell creative
• Keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience from digital agency or similar
• Proven track record with designing digital products and services.
• Updated portfolio
• Proficient in current design tools – we use Figma.
• Know how to use and build design systems.
• Excited about AI in creative
• Fluent in English and Danish (Danish not crucial)
