We are looking for a passionate and experienced colleague as senior digital designer with strong collaboration skills who wants to be involved in creating robust digital products and services that impacts our client’s business and moves their customers.

As our new Senior Digital Designer, you will be central to Novicell’s digital product- and services offering at our Copenhagen office. In close collaboration with digital strategists, service- and ux designers and our development departments, we want to you to take the creative leadership to deliver tangible creative concepts that accommodate coherent customer experiences across the full range of our client offerings and services.

Your profile

We are seeking a friendly and ambitious candidate with a “can-do” and solutions-driven mindset, who has prior experience in the role as creative profile. In addition, we require someone with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, as it is pivotal that you can collaborate with specialists, C-level stakeholders, and business users to discuss requirements and to rapidly understand the client's situation and develop the best possible solution.

Key task:

• Formulating and communicating a creative vision and design direction that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the client.
• Working closely with other digital capabilities such as strategist, developers, UX and sales, to ensure creative efforts are integrated into the overall business strategy.
• Analyze and understand the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints where creative elements can enhance the overall experience.
• Develop a creative strategy aligned with the brand's overall objectives and target audience.
• Determine how the creative elements will support and enhance the customer journey at each stage.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital content that resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the creation of visuals, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content tailored to different digital platforms.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior related to the digital landscape.
• Incorporate relevant trends and innovations into the creative strategy to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• min. +6 years of experience from digital agency or similar
• Proven track record with designing digital products and services.
• Able to demonstrate how to articulate strategic design direction and vision.
• Proficient in design tools – we use Figma.
• Know how to use and build design systems.
• Excited about how to utilize ai in concept development.
• Fluent in English and Danish
