Your responsibilities

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will join our consulting team with a clear mandate: build strong client partnerships and position Novicell as a trusted advisor for ambitious B2C and B2B brands in Denmark and beyond. From day one, you will be responsible for shaping strategies, driving growth, and delivering impact.

Your role will include:

  • Designing digital strategies and roadmaps that turn client ambitions into measurable business results.

  • Structuring and facilitating strategic processes for large-scale digital projects - from initial discovery to project governance and delivery models.

  • Driving pitch processes and winning new business through compelling proposals, business cases, and C-level presentations.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to digital leaders, guiding executives and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

  • Translating business needs and strategic goals into digital solutions that deliver growth.

  • Contributing to building and strengthening Novicell’s internal expertise across our offices.

Your profile

You are commercially minded, strategically sharp, and digitally fluent. With a natural drive and a can-do mindset, you thrive on solving complex challenges, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Ideally, you bring experience from management consulting, internal consulting or digital advisory, with a proven track record of advising senior stakeholders.

We imagine you bring:

  • + 3 years of experience in consulting, digital business development, or e-commerce strategy.

  • A strong business understanding and the ability to structure and analyze complex challenges.

  • Demonstrated experience leading pitches, workshops, and strategic dialogues with C-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high standards for quality.

  • The ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Curiosity and a continuous drive to learn and develop.

  • Fluency in Danish and English, spoken and written.
