Frequently asked questions

  • The short answer is yes! You can submit your application and CV in Danish - even if the job posting is written in English. This does not effect our assessment of your profile and/or your professional skills.

  • On average, we will get back to you within one to two weeks after receiving your application. However, that’s not always the case. Ultimately, the timeline you can expect depends entirely on the position in question. If the position is pivotal for business and we feel you are a good fit, we will likely reach out to you within a few days.

It’s important to note that we begin reviewing resumes immediately after posting a job. Therefore, we recommend that you apply sooner rather than later, as we close the recruitment process immediately after the right candidate has been found and selected.

If you apply unsolicited, you can expect a slightly longer response time, as we usually forward the application to several relevant managers, who then assess the relevance of your profile and skills.

  • It depends on the nature of the position. In some recruitments we like to screen candidates over the phone before a possible 1st interview, and in other recruitments, one interview will be sufficient before moving on to contract negotiations.

However, the standard recruitment will consist of a screening process, a 1st interview, a 2nd interview including personality analysis and possibly tests and in the end contract negotiations.

Please note that we clarify the different steps in each job post.

  • Of course! We are very proud to have both students and interns at Novicell, and we all benefit from working with so many young, brilliant minds who bring new and exciting knowledge into the company. That is why we work hard to ensure a curios and educational workplace for our junior employees:

    • We call all our students and interns Junior Consultants or Junior Developers. We do that to empathise the value of your work - both internally and externally. You will work on real cases, for real customers, just like the rest of the team.
    • We put great emphasis on your development, and we believe that we ensure your development best through continuously feedback and guidance from relevant managers and specialists.
    • We see great value in collaborating with our students on their assignments as well as their bachelor's and master's thesis. We gladly share data and projects if possible.
    • Your studies come first, which is why we offer great flexibility in terms of hybrid working and flexible working hours depending on your schedule.
    • Last but not least, we continuously arrange social junior events to create a sense of community between our students across departments - whether it be a lunch on a regular Monday or a Friday night pub crawl in Aarhus downtown.
